Curiosity
I am a curious person, I sometimes may say or do things without thinking out of my curiosity. Sometimes I regret that I look back, yet sometimes I appreciate looking back. In some situations people generate a thought of fear and prejudge the situation. This causes me and some other people to miss out on the things that may truly be interesting. That is why when I carelessly enter a situation that turns out to be exciting and fun I appreciate it.

Literary Review
After his last book I felt like he went downhill. Arc Angel was amazing, snakehead was great, this was OK. Something I totally recognized in this book as his care taker gives him gifts he gets a "Barack Obama baseball cap" which I found odd, but brushed it off, as it went deeper into the book part of the bad guys name was "Mccain". Coincidence? + I didn't feel as if this book was as good as the others, I felt it had a bang, but not a very good one. I was able to read it in about 3 hours, and in the end I felt this book didn't go as far as the other ones did. This was a review from http://www.amazon.com/review/R1NJMG4C143Y12/ref=cm_cr_pr_viewpnt#R1NJMG4C143Y12.
This book is filled with action and suspense. It has many turning points which will leave you on the edge of your seat. This is a must read for teens and adults that enjoy James Bond type action. Except in this case the main character is a fourteen year old secret agent named Alex Rider. This is a must buy! This review was directly taken from http://www.amazon.com/Crocodile-Tears-Alex-Rider-No/product-reviews/0399250565/ref=dp_top_cm_cr_acr_txt?ie=UTF8&showViewpoints=1.
Now I agree with both of these reviews, as the series continues the action related with each book declines. This book from the series is really good, it is just that many of the previous books have the same content. There might be a situation that is impossible for Alex Rider to escape from yet he always prevails. It is just the same old, same old.
The reason amazon.com is a good source is because the review comes from the customer. So therefore, it is expected to be honest.

Some Reality
Imagine, dangling about a 150 feet in the air. A ferocious fire, heating the tarmac beneath your bare feet. Well what if I told you your only way of escape was walking on a steel cable that was 1 inch thick. In Ark Angel Alex Rider used the laws of physics to sustain a sense of balance. If his upper body was not directly above the wire he would fall, so he grabbed a pipe and added some weights to each end giving him a lower center of gravity and decreasing his chance to fall. Well thats a lot of pressure on you and tests if you payed attention in your physics class. I believed it was interesting to share this sense of reality in a book filled with fiction. Just to let you know, as he was mid way through his crossing onto another building, there is an explosion that lets him no that he only has seconds to escape.
Now the science behind all of this is maintaing you center of gravity directly above the wire. Having a lower center of gravity, by means of physics, allows an object to remain more stable because most of the object's mass is at a lower height. Now in the situation above, though there are stuff such as a howling fire behind you and other distractions, the situation is almost identical to tight rope walking in the circus (This relation was stated by the author in the book, and the site used for the background knowledge clearly explains each situation that had occurred in the book). The source also states that using a long and flexible pole, as used by the character in the book, can maintain the person's center of gravity below the thick cable or tight rope.
My source was . This is a reliable source because all of it's information had come from published books on physics.

Waking Into a World Unknown
Imagine, eyes sealed shut for a whole year, the experience of Jenna Fox. Waking up and not knowing who is around you, even the person that gave birth to you. Cold, alone, and shivering in the darkness looking for help but no hand is given. By coincidence your parents moved into the a new house the day you woke up, almost as if they planned your awakening. Questioning everyone but their answers made no sense. I would be petrified, curious, but sad to find out I have no friend to see or even not being able to remember if you had any in the first place. How would you feel?
